HR Manager for International Plant

Location: Zhytomyr oblast, Ukraine


We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who able to adjust HR procedures to Western-European standards and policies.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years in HR managerial position in the international corporate sector

  • Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written) is a must

  • Spoken Polish - nice to have

  • Team management skills

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Law and practical approach to applying legal solutions to demanding and constantly changing business needs

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create effective business relationships

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills

  • A team player with motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, ambition, and innovative ideas

  • Creativity and openness for changes


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of HR processes in a plant

  • Implementation of HR policies

  • Full cycle of corporate HR processes

  • Customize HR procedures and ensure they are followed

  • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives in order to enhance business efficiency and people management

  • Manage a department of 6 HRs

  • Provide full cycle of HR services, including onboarding, individual/team retention tools, training and development strategies, etc.

  • Initiating and leading organizational development activities

  • HR budgeting and HR cost reporting

  • Help to achieve business objectives and find solutions to business challenges

  • Reporting to Headquarter
