Head of Procurement (Food Import)

Location: Kyiv (office)

We are looking for someone really professional to deepen them, find what's missing, and make the portfolio stronger than ever

Requirements

• 5+ years in international procurement or foreign trade

• Hands-on experience in food imports – ideally across European markets

• Experience with products under veterinary or phytosanitary control

• Fluent Ukrainian; confident English at B2 level or above

• Proven track record closing complex supplier deals

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of FTA specialists

• Build and maintain long-term EU supplier relationships

• Negotiate directly with food suppliers: close high-value/exclusive contracts

• Identify and onboard new suppliers; develop company’s sourcing geography

• Define and execute the company’s international procurement strategy

• Coordinate with logistics and legal teams on contracts and delivery

• Analyze market trends, monitor pricing, and forecast supply risks
