Architectural Project Manager | Luxury Real Estate

International Architecture & Design company with offices in Kyiv, NY, Dubai, Warsaw, Milan, London that has delivered over 1000 projects in 30 countries – from private premium and luxury residences to high-end hospitality spaces, is looking for Architectural Project Manager who can lead large-scale architectural projects from idea to real construction

Looking for someone who has

• 3+ years of experience in architectural project management

• Experience with complex projects: premium residential, HoReCa, etc.

• Confident use of tools like MS Project, Gantt charts, Jira, or similar

• Understanding of design stages and construction documentation

• Natural talent to balance multiple priorities gracefully

• Communicate confidently, clearly, and diplomatically

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity

• Experience working with budgets and contracts

• Readiness for business trips across Ukraine

• Ukrainian language

Will be a strong +

• Background in architecture: Architect → project management

• Experience in premium or luxury segment

You will work on elite projects, where

• Aesthetics and details are as important as technical solutions

• Clients expect quality, clarity, and a professional approach

• Every project is unique and requires thoughtful decisions

YOUR ROLE

• Manage architectural projects from concept to completion: Concept → Design Development → Documentation → Site Oversight

• Work daily with a strong team: Chief Project Architect, Architects, Concept Designers, 3D Visualizers, Specification Procurement

• Communicate with clients, contractors, and partners

• Control timelines, budgets, contracts, and project risks

• Handle non-standard situations and keep the project moving

• Visit project sites across Ukraine: premium villas, сottage complexes, restaurants, hotels…
