Requirements:
Proficiency in 3Ds Max at an advanced level
Excellent taste in contemporary Interior Design and high-quality Realistic Rendering
3+ years of successful work experience in a design studio or significant projects
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and design principles
You can manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
You speak Ukrainian or Russian language
Nice to have:
Portfolio showcasing high-end residential, villas, or hospitality projects
Proven experience in luxury interior design
Personality:
You are a positive team player with excellent communication skills
You prefer positive relationships and harmonious cooperation
You are a structured, organized, and goal-oriented
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality, photorealistic visualizations of design concepts
Work closely with the design team, and architects to ensure seamless project execution
Design and develop detailed plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that bring ideas to life and showcase the potential of each space
Keep align with the project's aesthetic and quality standards
Ensure seamless execution of design concepts from concept to completion
Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the design industry to maintain our brand reputation for cutting-edge innovation
Be a positive and valuable contributor to a scrum team of 10-12 professionals
Btw, our team of designers does not engage in tech drafting, allowing you to focus on the creative aspects of interior design
