As a Lead Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities. Your expertise will help expand our client base, foster long-term relationships, and achieve growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Business Development Officer (who is an amazing person in all life spheres) to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Lead Generation (LG), ideally within IT service industry
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative LG strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English B2 for writing attractive messages
Nice to have:
Experience with CrunchBase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook/Instagram, Upwork
Strong understanding of LG techniques, tools, and best practices
Personality:

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CBDO who is indeed an amazing person!
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities
Develop and execute comprehensive LG strategies to target potential clients
Plan, execute, and optimize LG campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive high-quality leads
Monitor and analyze the performance of LG campaigns and recommend improvements
Build relationships with key industry contacts, attending relevant events to network
Align LG with overall business goals and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
Not afraid to experiment and propose innovative ideas
Regularly conducts A/B tests to optimize LG strategies
Effective lead tracking and nurturing
