Procurement & Logistics Specialist (EU & China)

🌏 Location: Zaporizhzhia, Right Bank

🗓️ Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00

🍽️ Break: 1-hour lunch break

🔍Requirements

• Experienced in procurement and logistics (China & EU)

• Import professional with a structured approach

• Good understanding of the Ukrainian language

• English B1 for working with international suppliers

• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills

• Confident in Excel / Google Sheets

• Self-organized and detail-oriented

• Familiar with CRM or ERP systems

🧩Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for the sales department

• Handle financial settlements with suppliers and partners

• Source and attract new partners: 80% wholesale, 20% dropshipping

• Calculate and purchase components for in-house production

• Find and manage suppliers, including outsourced manufacturers

• Ensure product quality and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Build and manage supplier networks in China and Europe

• Calculate logistics costs, customs fees, and shipping expenses

• Order small product batches via platforms: Temu, AliExpress, etc.

• Negotiate with logistics companies: China, Europe

• Conduct all purchases through the internal database system

• Monitor product costs and prepare monthly financial reports

• Create reports for management and suggest improvements for procurement processes
