Project Manager (eCommerce, Amazon)

Location: remote

Every month we sell more than 50.000 goods, mainly electronic devices. That is why we are looking for a mature PM who can level up our physical products on Amazon as well as acquire external clients on our online platforms.

This role requires the best talent who is skillful to manage product delivery, digital marketing, and customer support teams to design, create, and sell mass-market products that best satisfy even the most demanding American customers.


  • 4+ years in eCommerce - launching and sailing products for English-speaking audiences

  • Successful experience in leading people, being a team player

  • Advanced English and Russian (spoken and written)

  • Strong knowledge of PM methodologies: building and managing plans, assessing resources, budgeting, risk management, and estimating

  • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives

  • Experience in physical mass-market product E-marketing

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

  • Creativity - you can take complex and make it simple

  • Analytical mindset with genuine attention to details

  • Outstanding troubleshooting and soft skills


  • Sales experience on eCommerce platforms

  • Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban

  • Ads exp: Google / Facebook / Instagram / Pinterest / YouTube, etc.

  • Functional understanding of Shopify


  • Coordinate/manage tech specialists, marketers, logisticians, customer support, etc.

  • Sett experiential tasks for designer, copywriter, SMM and E-marketing manager

  • Expansion on new marketplaces in the USA

  • Collaborate with the product development team to create new products

  • Competitor analysis, and new products launching

  • Digital advertising companies: launch, check, improve, scale...

  • Develop product go-to-marketplace strategies and build proven customer-centric solutions

  • Profitability analysis

  • Develop and manage product groups according to latest technologies

  • Figure out product value proposition to apply across marketing campaigns

  • Product success analysis to increase sales and work with risks

  • Distill market feedback to the product team to create new and improve existing goods

  • Prepare unique, catching content about our products

  • Organise development, upgrades, and management of selling website/s

  • Direct, laconic and on-time report to the owner


  • Competitive salary that depends on your performance: $2500 - $5000. All details will be discussed during the interview. As you will help to evolve our projects - your income will grow accordingly.
