Are you a Senior Mobile Developer who loves Flutter and wishes to master it?

Key requirements:

  • Any experience in Flutter and a burning desire to master it

  • 6+ years of commercial work experience in software development, ideally in Mobile Development, or 3+ years in Flutter

  • 1+ year of successful teamwork experience (among 3-5+ developers)

  • You are comfortable making minor adjustments in the backend to complete a task. If you need time to learn – the company provides such an option

  • Proven case/s in solving challenging technical problems you are proud of

  • Communicative English: B2

Competitive advantage:

  • Knowledge in .NET/C# at a sufficient level to understand the logic of microservices and how to interact with them

  • Hands-on expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms – ideally with Azure

  • Any experience in Swift/Objective-C / Java/Kotlin / React Native/Xamarin will be considered an asset


Tech stack: Flutter, C#, PostgreSQL, Scrum/Kanban, Azure



Responsibilities:

  • Becoming the go-to expert who writes qualitative code in Flutter

  • Adhering to high standards of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and best practices in architecture

  • Research and implementation of new technologies. We always choose what suits best to our tasks – not what developers are more familiar with. Because long-term results are more critical for us than saving several days

  • According to the likeness inputting backend changes in TypeScript/.NET (if you have not done this before – the main ingredient to success is a desire to start doing it)

  • Learning and integrating cutting-edge technologies and 3rd-party services that simplify products complexity

This app provides solutions to landlords (reduce communications by 80%) with many specialized teams dealing with the renovation, refurbishment, and preparation of housing for the following tenants. In addition, the app quickly helps house managers solve tasks such as selecting workers, timing, work sequence schedule, replacement of workers, distance control, etc.

Recruitment process:

  1. Video call with a positive Recruiter (30-50 minutes)

  2. Technical Assignment should be accomplished in 7 days from the mutually agreed start

  3. Panel Interview with the Head of Development and Team Lead (45-60 minutes)
