We are looking for a driven professional to join our eCommerce company. You will be responsible for creating and improving content to raise brand awareness and purchasing of our household electrical devices.
Our ideal candidate should oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement (USA market), brand consistency, positive customer experience, website traffic and revenue.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years in SMM management for English-speaking audience
Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
Address message for each social media platform
Positive attitude with good multitasking and organisational ability
You know how to approach English-speaking influencers
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Fluency in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Address catching messages for each of our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn…
Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and «soft selling» the product by providing support to current and prospective customers
Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade our selling pages
Use content management systems to analyze traffic and engagement
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience
Collaborate with other departments

1 YouTube (will be a competitive advantage)
