We are looking for a passionate professional to join our eCommerce company for creating and improving content to raise brand awareness and purchasing of our products (electrical household and beauty devices).
We want you to oversee marketing content initiatives to ensure positive customer engagement/experience (Geo: USA) and brand consistency.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years in SMM management for an English-speaking audience
Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/text), presentation, and communication skills
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
Address message for each social media platform
You know how to approach English-speaking influencers
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Fluency in English
Previous experience with eCommerce projects is an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social media presence and communication strategies development
Managing brand’s communities on social media
Social media content plan development
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Use content management systems to analyze traffic and engagement
Competitors analysis / benchmarking
Running complex promo campaigns with PPC and SEO Teams
Monitoring brand mentions on social media
Work with influencers and manage social media influencers campaigns
Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Communication with customers
Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and «soft selling» the product by providing support to current and prospective customers
Making reports
