We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with successful experience in visual, user interface, and user experience design. This role will work closely with Product Analysts and Developers as well as collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.
This is a great opportunity for a designer to get hands-on experience working on a range of design projects (from patient-facing web experiences to doctor-facing reports to design systems), taking new products and features from initial concept to market launch.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
Core UX/UI design skills: Development of Design Systems, Intuitive Interaction Models, Information Architecture, User Flows, and Pattern Guides
Experience building web and mobile experiences at scale, for a number of different types of users with an eye toward accessibility
Experience with creative software: e.g., Sketch, Adobe products, Figma
Experience working with internal stakeholders, such as engineering teams
User-centric approach grounded in customer research and analysis
Skills in graphic design and Typography with Layout experience
Ability to manage multiple project streams with competing priorities
Upper-intermediate verbal and written English
Good taste in UI
Responsibilities:
Participate in redesigning existing and creating new features, products, and digital experiences through the use of rapid prototyping and usability testing
Illustrate and present design ideas using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
Act as a partner to Product and Engineering, responding to requests and producing design work for development
Serve as internal Brand Ambassador, evangelizing and ensuring adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all products
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
