Head of Business Development | VIP Client Care: Luxury Design and Architecture

Location: Warsaw or Kyiv


You`ll work with qualitative inbound leads

The Firm specializes in premium interior design and luxury architecture.

We work with VIP and Premium clientele, such as Global Businesses, Royal families, and Celebrities. Offices: Kyiv, Warsaw, Dubai, London, Miami and Los Angeles



  • 5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, or VIP relationship building

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term bound

  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and negotiation techniques

  • Fluency in English C1, along with Ukrainian or Russian language


Nice to have:

  • While not mandatory, prior experience in the sphere of interior design/architecture will be highly advantageous, providing you with a deeper understanding of client's preferences

  • Familiarity with 3D visualization is a plus, enhancing your ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to clients, allowing you to hit the ground to satisfy unique intricacies

  • Lead the team of 2 Key Account Managers and ensure ongoing success

  • Client Relationship Management as their point of contact and trusted advisor

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and referrals

  • Retention, proactive engagement, and strategic account management

  • Cultivate and nurture warm-lasting relationships with clients

  • Strategic Partnership opportunities with industry influencers, developing collaborative relationships that amplify the brand presence and market reach, driving mutual value

  • Act as Feedback Loop and Voice of Client, gather insights to inform service enhancements
