Business Development Manager: IT for China

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in China. You will be the front of the company and will have the commitment to plan, implement and maintain an effective business strategy that will ensure our successful entering the Chinese IT market with our Mobile Apps: Utilites / Productivity, Health & Fitness, Games.


We want you to be the key trustworthy representative, who will be in charge of building long-lasting partnerships with the major Chinese platforms: App Stores, User Acquisition, Payment Systems, Monetization, and Hosting Providers.


Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years in business development, or a relevant role in B2B IT sales

  • Excellent practical knowledge of Chinese IT market

  • Fluent Chinese and English

  • Proven track record of heating the targets regarding building strong teams or processes from scratch, especially entering new markets or launching new IT products

  • Genuine problem-solving skills, resilience, and creativity in untrivial situations

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills – you know well how to build rapport and positive business relationships

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially mastery in PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Research the local Chinese market, focusing on key market players

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Identify efficient ways to achieve our goals, entering the market

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective partners

  • Build and maintain firm relationships with major partners: User Acquisition and Monetization Platforms, App Stores, Payment Systems, Hosting Providers etc.

  • Learning and accumulating knowledge of the partners key policies and requirements

  • Develop and implement a clear roadmap for our products to be represented at key traffic, monetization platforms and app stores

  • Prepare attractive business presentations in according to local preferences

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Representing our company at relevant events and business meetings
