Requirements:
3+ years in HR managerial position – ideally in structured business with 200+ talents
Proactive independent personality with strong organizational skills
Authentic inclination to foster healthy employee relations
Leadership and contemporary team management skills
Upper-intermediate English long with native Ukrainian
Solid experience in personnel administration
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with best HR practices, strategies, policies, procedures, and techniques
Understanding of Ukrainian labor law and practical approach to applying legal solutions during changing and challenging periods
Eligible certification in HR management or organizational psychology

Responsibilities:
Coming up and sharing with the HRD about how you as a company can implement the best possible HR strategies to create an even better work environment
On/off-boarding, performance management, retention and development strategies
Level up company attractiveness for potential talents: we hire from the top 10%
Help to achieve business objectives and find solutions to business challenges
Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Direct reporting line to HR Director who is an Amazing Personality
Strengthening company brand on the local and global markets
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests promptly
Oversee HR budgeting and cost reporting
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings
