Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales / BizDev / VIP Account Management

  • Experience in architecture, design, luxury, or Real Estate

  • Experience with international markets: EU / USA / UAE

  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills

  • Ukrainian + English C1

 

Personality

  • Comfortable working with high-level clients & expectations

  • Calm and confident in high-pressure situations

  • Naturally charismatic — builds trust fast

  • Strategic, structured, and results-driven

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in PR, brand, or communications

  • Understanding of global media landscape & trends

  • Experience with brand reputation / high-level communication

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals

     

RESPONSIBILITIES


Leadership & Closing

  • Co-lead all client meetings with the CEO — from first contact to signed contract

  • Present projects & value proposition in fluent English

  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with VIP clients

  • Close high-ticket deals

 

Revenue Ownership

  • Own pricing, margins, and commercial decisions

  • Improve proposals & increase conversion rates

  • Manage pipeline & report directly to CEO

     

Client Retention

  • Build long-term relationships with VIP clients

  • Ensure smooth onboarding into project delivery

  • Drive repeat business & referrals

 

Team Leadership

  • Lead 2 Client Managers

  • Set standards for client communication & performance

  • Ensure premium-level execution across all touchpoints

 

Brand & PR

  • Support brand positioning through high-level client interactions

  • Collaborate with PR/marketing on strengthening global presence

  • Participate in industry events, partnerships & networking
