Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience as an SDR in a software development company

  • Fluent Business English C1: written and spoken

  • Understand the client’s offerings in the software outsourcing business

  • Ready for lead gen: LinkedIn SN, professional platforms, etc.

  • Ability to understand technology and learn fast

  • You are perfect at creating bonds and rapport with clients

  • Customer empathy and process orientation

  • Proficiency in cold calling and product presentation

  • Proactive sales hunter mentality in your DNA

  • Passion for Sales and Love for High Income

  • Openness to innovate in the sales field


Competitive advantage:

  • Tech skills to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements

  • Grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style

  • Ideally, you worked in an IT service company with a headcount of 200−400

  • Deep understanding of Enterprise B2B sales with a focus on the IT field

  • Prior experience in Outstaff / Outsource / Managed Services Company

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect daily: identify potential new customers, connect with decision-makers

  • Generate your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking

  • Prospecting potential clients, often through cold-calling and emailing

  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure seamless information transition

  • Stay proactive, organized, and handle work in a stressful environment

  • Setting up meetings or calls between potential clients

  • Qualifying and scoring prospects

  • Constantly upkeep your network
