The Ukrainian-American company is actively looking for an experienced SEO Specialist/Analyst who will create SEO strategy from scratch and manage all search engine optimization activities for our life-saving products: body armor, modern high-tech military uniforms, tactical equipment, ballistic helmets, accessories, ammunition and other
Requirements:
You have at least 3 years of successful work experience in SEO
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and customer acquisition
Mastery of website analytics tools: Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
English B2, Ukrainian C1-C2

Responsibilities:
Develop SEO strategy from scratch and implement it perfectly well
Organize scalable processes to increase the share of organic traffic
Run tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve max ROI
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement SEO recommendations
Analyze competitors advertising links, develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the Dev Team to ensure best SEO practices are implemented on code properly
Cooperate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation/programming
Recommend changes to improve website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
