At least 3 years in Supply Chain Management and Logistics

Responsibilities:
Organize product shipments from Ukraine to the USA → 1 container every 1.5 months
Plan inventory restocking for each of the 20 SKU
Find New Partners: Search for new freight forwarders and suppliers/manufacturers in different countries
Manage Inventory: maintain and control stock levels at warehouses and fulfillment centers, resolve issues with suppliers, expedite orders, and handle cases on Amazon (we will show how)
Strategically distribute inventory across warehouses based on demand from each marketplace: create technical instructions for warehouses and generate shipments
Analyze and optimize storage and transportation costs
Manage financial transactions with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders
Calculate product costs for each batch: unit cost + logistics + warehouse expenses
Stay updated on new shipping/packaging/transportation requirements on marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy
Coordinate shipments to customers from fulfillment centers and warehouses
Identify suppliers globally, order samples, define product specifications, place orders, and oversee product quality by organizing inspections
Oversee and control deliveries from suppliers to warehouses and fulfillment centers
Optimize and build processes within the role
Handle all shipping documentation
